Changing To Better Dog Food, Your Take On All This Would Be Helpful?
Friday, December 25th, 2009Okay we are looking into different dog foods now price and quality are what we are looking at. What do you think of these?
With all the prices please realize this is before the Tennesse sales tax, as you may know we have the highest sales tax in the country
1. Wellness Super 5 mix complete health Chicken dog food
I don’t like the fact that its $25.99 for 15 pounds…we normally get a 20 pound bag of food for around 17 dollars that lasts over 2 months (that was with Maxximum, but I want something without all the chemicals)
2. Blue Buffalo
Blue buffalo is 29.99 for a 15 pound bag so I’m not liking this one so much. due to the price
3. Diamond Naturals (they sell it at Tractor supply across the street) I like this one and the price is pretty good…15.99 for a 20 pound bag
4. Innova- I do really like Innova
Its 22 dollars for a 20 pound bag.
We have been on Maxximum Nutrition and it lasts us for a little over 2 months with our 2 dogs so I want something that will last just as long but not cost 30 dollars for a smaller bag then we are already getting.
