Most older Vehicals of all types use High sulfer 80 or 90 wieght gear oil especialy tractors

I am looking for ideas (working ideas). I want to hook two v-8 gas engines together to one transmission and I want to use it for everyday use too. The problem is I am having truoble coming up with a way to link the two engine together. There’s no aftermarket ready made part that I can find that will do this. I am still looking on tractor pull forums and machinery forums, but no luck yet. I could build one and I am looking for a working design. if anybody out there has a “pliable” ,meaning something that actually could work, then an answer would be appreciated. Thanks.

How do you check the transmission oil in a Peerless trans-axle on a Craftsman lawn tractor? I know these are supposed to be sealed units but someone must know the trick on checking the oil level. What transmission fluid should be put in?
