I’m a CDL Class B (non tractor trailer) driver for a commercial laundry plant. Within 6-12 months, when they replace my truck with a slightly lighter one, I have the choice of a pay cut or quitting I was told. I interviewed for a job today. Right now I drive a 29,000 lbs box truck. The job was to drive a 37,600 lbs flat bed truck. Both are about the same length. The bigger truck has air brakes (not a problem) & a more complicated manual transmission than I am used to. More like the transmission you’d find on a tractor-trailer, but not an issue either. The pay is slightly better, about a 2.5% raise. The work is more challenging. It is unlikely they’d go for smaller trucks to avoid CDL drivers, because they move construction materials. If anything, they will need bigger trucks. They are far smaller than my present employer, just two trucks now. I don’t know if they will stay in business. Do I move on or stay where I am for now? I’m mad, but don’t want to make a bad career move. Thanks.

Okay we are looking into different dog foods now price and quality are what we are looking at. What do you think of these?
With all the prices please realize this is before the Tennesse sales tax, as you may know we have the highest sales tax in the country
1. Wellness Super 5 mix complete health Chicken dog food
I don’t like the fact that its $25.99 for 15 pounds…we normally get a 20 pound bag of food for around 17 dollars that lasts over 2 months (that was with Maxximum, but I want something without all the chemicals)
2. Blue Buffalo
Blue buffalo is 29.99 for a 15 pound bag so I’m not liking this one so much. due to the price
3. Diamond Naturals (they sell it at Tractor supply across the street) I like this one and the price is pretty good…15.99 for a 20 pound bag
4. Innova- I do really like Innova
Its 22 dollars for a 20 pound bag.
We have been on Maxximum Nutrition and it lasts us for a little over 2 months with our 2 dogs so I want something that will last just as long but not cost 30 dollars for a smaller bag then we are already getting.
Thanks
