1. Adam was going to buy a new lawn mower from Lawn Care Depot for $169, less a 10% discount. He saw the same mower on sale at Tractors-R-Us. Their mower originally cost $210 and was on sale for off.
Determine the sale price of the mower at each store. Identify which store would be the most economical place to purchase the mower. Show your work or provide an explanation to support your answer.
