Where do you live ? I farm. A Ag dealer may have one.
How much do you want to spend ? How much drive way or lane do you have ? Cheap isn’t always the way to go
you’ll spend a dime and it will cost you a Dollar in the long run. I worked as a Mech. for a Ag dealer an labor isn’t cheap. Belt drives have their draw backs , Hydrostats are better but are more costly. Don’t short your self unless you don’t have alot to spend , some Company’s will cut costs on design, a good mower will have good deck with gage wheels for a even cut. No scalping. I delivered a mower an asked the guy about his trade how long he had it,it was a old model his answer 20yrs and he got it used it still ran. .Snow, especially wet puts a load on a belt driven machine. I have my favorites but its up to you on what you want. Do some checking first before you buy, you may find one but how about attachments? Your snow blade or blower can you find one? How hard is it to install will it change angles , do you need wheel weights for traction in snow?

Check out places that repair these things.
Most of them have some for sale also.
People drop them off for repair & don’t pick them up.
After time the shops can sell them.
