It will depend on where you live. In the Northeast, I would check yard sales and flea markets. You will just need to make sure it works before purchasing it, but you can find good deals. Other than that, you can check with local repair shops, as they sometimes will have equipment they have repaired that they are willing to sell, or may know of someone getting rid of stuff.
