Nope. Not at all. You’d have to buy 100 gallons of gas just to save $18.00!

Well the socialists want to increase taxes on the oil companies to “pay for the gas tax holiday” which is pure genious- a company doesnt print money so if its expenses go up it raises the price of its products- so we could actually pay more in the long run because of idiots that dont understand that the money comes from investors (anyone with a retirement fund) and consumers

The gas tax cut would save the average person between 25-30 $ , total…thats it! It will not help anyone except the oil companies because people will buy more gas, travel more and thus consumer more.

I guess YOU are NOT aware that fuel used by farmers on the farm is NOT subject to many of the taxes NON farm fuels are?

  5. Alan S Says:

no. the gas taxes only apply to over the road fuels, farmers buy off-road fuel at an already lower price.

This is assuming that the oil companies don’t raise prices to fill the gap the taxes had!
